I’ve been using PFS for about 16 years and have been very happy with the service they provide. If there is an issues or additional care required, a quick text to Andrea is all it takes to get is addressed quickly.
I recently had them upgrade my lighting to the newest Pentair lights and they look fantastic. During the process, Wayne took the time to research options and provided me with all the details so I could make an informed decision. There was no pressure at all, just information.
Problems with pools arise (leaks, failed equipment, etc.) and it’s how the service company addresses those issues that counts and PFS has been fantastic.

Someone on NextDoor recommended them to me so I reached out and set up a recurring weekly cleaning service. The team is very professional, and they leave us a note each time they come by to clean.
Additionally, Andrea sends out letters/notices of upcoming services to help us plan ahead for the summer swim season. She was very helpful when we needed to do research on getting a new pool heater, and she worked with us, directed us to the right person for installation, and made the whole process very seamless and pain-free.

We replaced the pump, the filter, even drained and scrubbed the entire pool, but nothing worked. Our old pool guy kept blaming everything from the equipment to our brushing habits. Then a neighbor recommended Arnulfo. He quickly spotted the real issue: the water’s pH was totally unbalanced. Two weeks after he took over, our pool was crystal clear—and it’s stayed that way for over two years. No more algae, no more stress. Arnulfo saved our pool!
Andrea of PFS Pools is the greatest. She always responds to our calls and gets appropriate actions to our swimming pool’s problems quickly. One time she even came to our house herself to fix a problem with the filter’s timer. She always seems to go above and beyond. We are lucky to have her as our point of contact with PFS Pools.

I have worked with PFS Pool for almost 3 years. I have worked with both Rudy and Andrea. They have been responsive and helpful in diagnosing or correcting any issues with my pool. My pool is serviced weekly, and any problems or concerns are flagged automatically. Before any repair work is done, Andrea will email me to explain what is wrong, and how much it will cost to repair. Most times, they will suggest ways to keep existing equipment working, to minimize costs.
I find Andrea’s customer service to be first rate. Thank you for keeping our pool serviced and in excellent shape.

I have had PFS maintaining my pool for 12 years now. Today they saved the day for my family and I. My daughter had invited 24 of her friends for a pool and spa party and much to my shock and dismay the sta-rite max e therm 333 pool heater showed the E05 error within minutes of starting. Multiple tries and the same error. Google search says most likely the stack flue sensor needed replacement.
We are 6 hours from guests showing up and we are in panic mode.
I reach out to 10 other pool companies on Yelp including the one recommended by my home warranty company and none of them were able to come by on the weekend to fix the heater.
I reach out to Andrea at PFS office via text and within 20 mins she sets the ball rolling to get their super courteous and knowledgeable technician Diego to come over with the replacement part. He explains the whole diagnostic process and systematically goes about replacing the flue sensor. After he is done, he thoroughly tests both the spa and pool heating. And it works fine! Saved the day and the party for my daughter and her 24 friends!!
I used PFS 13 Pool Services to service my spa for about one year while I was living in my townhome. Larry the Owner is a very nice gentleman and his employees were always very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend PFS 13 Pool Services to anyone who needs to keep their pools/spa up and running. When I move into another home with a pool or a spa I will be calling Larry to start service up again.
